The room was beautifully designed, non-smoking & the decor there was beautiful. The stuff where immensely pleasant and were ready to help. The location was perfect, so close to tea gardens and the valley and Munnar, in a nice area. Also, the hotel had quick access to Pipeline view point.

Obliging staff of the property. The room was luxurious and our bed was comfortable, we had a very nice experience. The view of the forest was fascinating. Smooth check-in and superb customer service. There were good internet and ample parking available.

Very delightful stay in the entertaining area. The breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of options and the room was tastefully decorated. Consistently courteous staff & were ready to help. Local cuisine was served in the outdoor restaurant.

the whole place was fairly clean and the staff was humble. fairly good view, a comfortable balcony, lovely bed, too. i liked the fabulous restaurant and the food was yummy. pool was heated too. beautiful garden outside.

Staff and location are very good. The venue is in the middle of the town. Apart from that, kalari kshethra was 15 minutes' drive away.
